Since joining Bain in 2004, Pedro has worked with the top management of many large national and multinational groups across numerous industries and regions including retail, consumer products, education, air transportation, telecommunications and private equity.
Within the retail space, he focuses on cosmetics, apparel, homeware, grocery and electronics. His consumer products expertise emphasizes food, beverage and white goods.
Pedro has led numerous engagements addressing business unit strategy, corporate strategy, M&A, due diligence, post-merger integration, go-to-market strategy, customer strategy, performance improvement programs, cost reduction and organizational redesign. He is additionally experienced in product & category management, with focuses on product, pricing and both brand and communication strategies.
Prior to joining Bain, Pedro worked as a strategy consultant for two other top firms in Brazil.
He holds a degree in mechatronics engineering from Universidade de São Paulo. He is fluent in Portuguese and English.
