Pedro Ross

Pedro Ross leads our South American Retail practice. He joined the firm in 2004 and brings over two decades of management consulting experience.

Pedro has worked with the senior leadership of major national and multinational groups across retail and consumer products, spanning segments such as cosmetics, food, pharmaceuticals, apparel, home goods, and electronics.

His work focuses on large-scale transformation, both organic — with an emphasis on revenue acceleration and digital transformation — and inorganic, with a focus on post-merger integration.

He holds a degree in mechatronics engineering from Universidade de São Paulo and is fluent in Portuguese and English.
