Sambit Patra is the Lead of our Metals and Paper & Packaging practices in APAC. He also leads our Energy & Natural Resources practice in India, and contributes to our Performance Improvement practice.
With nearly two decades of management consulting experience, Sambit advises clients across the energy and industrial sectors in India, the Middle East, and APAC on growth strategy, AI transformation, M&A, and post-merger integration. His expertise also spans portfolio strategy, large-scale business as well as cost transformations, operating model (re)design, with deep functional experience in manufacturing and supply chain optimization.
Sambit holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a bachelor’s degree from BITS Pilani.
