Sambit Patra

Sambit Patra is the leader of the firm's India Energy & Natural Resources and Chemicals practices. He is also an active contributor to the firm’s Performance Improvement practice in India, and the sector lead for Metals and Packaging in APAC.

With nearly two decades of management consulting experience, Sambit has been advising clients in energy, metals, utility, and chemicals industry in India across topics related to growth strategy, post-merger integrations (PMI), AI, manufacturing and supply chain management, and cross-border M&A.

Sambit is deeply versed in driving large scale business transformations, new business concept-to-scale-up, and operating model design. He has also deep expertise in driving large sustained cost transformations, supply chain optimization, zero-based budgeting (ZBB) and zero-based redesign (ZBR) programs across industries.

Sambit earned an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and a graduate degree in B.Tech from BITS, Pilani.
