Scott Daubin is a member of our Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT), Healthcare & Life Sciences, and Performance Improvement practices.

Scott advises clients across industries including technology, healthcare, telecommunications, financial services and energy. He holds expertise in topics related to cost improvement, supply chain optimization, complexity reduction, growth strategy, organizational design and merger & acquisitions diligence.

His foremost client engagements have included:

  • Leading a $1B cost transformation program for a global medtech client, spanning complexity reduction, plant network consolidation, procurement, and manufacturing excellence
  • Leading a rapid performance turnaround of a private equity-owned medical device client, including international footprint rationalization, go-to-market strategy, and zero-based redesign of key processes

He joined us in 2005 and has worked in our Hong Kong, Copenhagen and Stockholm offices. He is currently the leader of our firmwide inventory management capability area and heads the associate consultant recruiting program for our New York office.

Scott holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an AB in chemistry from Princeton University.
