Scott Daubin is a member of our Healthcare & Life Sciences, and Performance Improvement practices. He leads our global Integrated Business Planning capability, as well as the Healthcare & Performance Improvement practice interlock within the Americas.
Scott has more than 15 years of consulting experience across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Scott primarily advises clients with medical devices, pharmaceutical, and healthcare services sectors. He is an expert on integrated business planning, sustainability & decarbonization, cost improvement, supply chain optimization, and complexity management. His case portfolio also includes growth strategy, organizational design and merger & acquisitions diligence.
Beyond his client work, he leads the associate consultant recruiting program for our New York office.
Scott holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an AB in chemistry from Princeton University.
In his personal time, he is an active angel investor, avid golfer, and proud father of two young daughters.
