Yuma Yano

Yuma Yano is a member of our Automotive & Mobility as well as our AI Insights & Solutions practices and serves as the lead for Automotive & Mobility in APAC.

He has nearly two decades of management consulting experience, supporting automotive OEMs and suppliers, industrial machinery and equipment manufacturers, high-tech, pharmaceutical, as well as consumer goods companies. His expertise spans corporate growth strategy, restructuring programs, operational improvement, digital transformations, Go-to-market strategies, and merger integrations.  

Prior to Bain, Yuma worked at a global consulting firm, a public-private investment fund, and at a Japanese consulting firm. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Aoyama Gakuin University and completed the executive and leadership development programs at Harvard Business School.
