Yuma Yano is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing & Services practiceo. For nearly 15 years, he has been involved in numerous business strategy, restructuring, digital transformation, acquisition and integration projects in the automotive, high-tech, consumer goods, retail, and pharmaceutical industries.
In recent years, Yuma has been deeply involved in corporate growth strategies, cost structure reforms, digital-enabled operational reforms, channel/marketing reforms, etc., mainly for automotive OEMs, suppliers, and industrial machinery manufacturers where clients face remarkable industrial change.
Yuma holds a B.A. in business administration from Aoyama Gakuin University and completed an executive program and leadership development program (PLDA) from Harvard Business School. Prior to joining Bain, he was at a global consulting firm, public-private investment fund and a Japanese consulting firm.
