Anuj Agarwal is affiliated to Bain's Consumer Products practice with a main focus on FMCG.
Anuj is passionate about understanding consumer behavior and crafting relevant business opportunities. His expertise lies in commercial excellence, specifically in building strong brands and creating win-win opportunities for consumer product companies. Over the years, he's developed lasting client relationships through commercial excellence successes, as well as with multiple cost transformation programs.
Beyond his client work, Anuj co-leads Bain Amsterdam's "Thriving" initiative to ensure that local Bainies thrive both at and outside of Bain.
Before joining Bain, he completed his dual majors in economics and statistics from St. Xavier's College, Mumbai. He also did an externship with HEINEKEN (across New Zealand and Amsterdam) during his time at Bain.
In his personal time, Anuj loves to travel, enjoy different cuisines and take a plunge in the water whenever possible.
