Chris Orihuela is a member of our Performance Improvement and Private Equity Value Creation practices, where he focuses on helping private equity investors and senior management teams translate strategy into measurable EBITDA impact.
He works with private equity funds and corporate leaders across healthcare, consumer, industrials, technology, and professional services. His experience includes growth and go-to-market strategy, operational and commercial due diligence, post-acquisition value creation, zero-based budgeting, and large-scale enterprise transformations. He has led programs that deliver significant EBITDA uplift through cost transformation, operating model redesign, outsourcing and automation, pricing, and performance management. He frequently establishes transformation programs to ensure results are achieved and sustained.
In addition to his client work, Chris is passionate about developing high-performing teams and mentoring consultants. He is an active member of Bain’s FIRST group and serves as the New York co-lead for the Familia affinity group.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics-Finance from Bentley University. In his personal time, he enjoys traveling, cooking, following Formula 1 and the NFL, playing tennis, and discovering new television series.
