Chun Yue Tan

Chun Yue Tan is a member of our Energy & Natural Resources practice.

She has advised national and multinational organizations across Southeast Asia on large-scale performance transformation, enterprise operating model redesign, and corporate and business unit strategy. Her experience includes strategy development, functional operating model redesign and implementation, decarbonization roadmap development, and end-to-end performance improvement programs with over $100 million in value at stake, delivering 10–30% productivity gains.

Beyond her client work, Chun Yue is a sought-after people developer for the Singapore Consultant and Manager cohorts and leads wellness initiatives across Southeast Asia, championing sustainable high performance and long-term capability building.

Chun Yue holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the National University of Singapore. In her personal time, she is an ICF-certified executive and life coach, with more than 150 hours of formal training through accredited coaching institutes and over 400 hours of coaching experience. She is deeply committed to personal growth and leadership development.
