Lucia Tagliabue

Lucia Tagliabue is a member of our Healthcare & Life Sciences and Consumer Products practices.

She advises multinational healthcare companies, mid-sized pharmaceutical companies, and biotech organizations on their most critical strategic priorities. Her work focuses on corporate and business unit strategy, mergers and acquisitions, commercial due diligence, and full-potential transformations. She works across the healthcare value chain, partnering with senior executives on strategic growth, business development, and portfolio strategy. Lucia has particular experience in rare diseases and also advises investors on selected commercial due diligence engagements.

Earlier in her Bain career, Lucia advised leading global consumer goods companies across food and beverage, personal care, and consumer health. This experience continues to inform her perspective on customer-centric growth, innovation, and commercial excellence. Beyond her client work, she is an active member of Bain's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion community.

Prior to joining Bain, Lucia worked in investment banking and founded and led a technology startup as CEO. She graduated with distinction from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Outside of work, Lucia enjoys golf and skiing and is the proud mother of three children—a daughter and twins.
