Massimo Lusardi is responsible for the activities of Bain & Company in Switzerland as Managing Partner and a leader in Bain's Consumer Products, Results Delivery® and Organization practice. He is also an expert in the firm’s Advanced Manufacturing & Services practice.
Massimo has more than 20 years of management consulting experience, working with senior executives and management teams to address their most pressing strategic and operational issues.
Massimo has been managing Bain's business in Switzerland since 2019.
He has extensive experience advising clients in the areas of company transformation, operating model, commercial excellence, perfect sales execution, category full potential, cost reduction, innovation strategy and Results Delivery.
Massimo studied Business Management at Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Milan and completed his MBA at INSEAD in Singapore and Fontainebleau.
