Matteo Capellini is a member of our Sustainability & Responsibility practice. He has deep expertise in supporting clients in building the business case for action and executing large-scale sustainability transformations in the fashion & luxury, beauty, retail, and consumer products industries.
Matteo’s core focus areas include setting future-proofed ESG strategies, defining and executing scope-3 decarbonization roadmaps, unlocking value through the circular economy, and embedding sustainability in the product offering.
Beyond his client work, Matteo is the global lead of Sustainability in Fashion & Luxury, and the ESG lead of the Italian office.
In his personal time, he is an avid rock climber and a passionate photographer.
