Matteo Capellini is a member of our Further (ESG) and Retail practices, with an avid interest in sustainable development and consumer centricity.
Matteo works with companies across EMEA and the globe, focusing on ESG strategy/implementation and corporate/business unit strategy. He has experience in many industries including retail, fashion & luxury, beauty and consumer goods. His case portfolio includes various diligences for both corporate and private equity funds.
Beyond his client work, Matteo is the ESG Champion of the Italian office and a leader of our B.E.S.T. EMEA efforts.
Before Bain, Matteo held senior roles at Moleskine, where he was Product Marketing Director, responsible for all aspects of product, from creativity, merchandising, and route to market.
In his personal time, he is an avid rock climber and a passionate photographer.
