Maureen Sullivan is a member of our Media & Entertainment and Performance Improvement practices.
Maureen has worked with leading media companies across the video, gaming, and location-based entertainment sectors, focusing on strategy, operating model, and cost management. Her specific expertise lies in running complex transformations and integrating our change management approach to ensure sustained results in media and other consumer-facing industries. Given her previous background in education, she also leads work with our higher education clients.
Maureen previously worked in our Chicago and Santiago offices.
In addition to her client work, she is a leader of our Women at Bain program in the Los Angeles office.
Prior to joining us in 2011, she held positions at Colgate-Palmolive and as a high school teacher with the New York City Department of Education.
She holds an MBA from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor's degree from Georgetown University.
