Maureen Sullivan is a partner in our Performance Improvement and Higher Education practices, based in Los Angeles.

She holds specific expertise in cost transformation, as well as both direct and indirect procurement, across a range of industries. She is particularly passionate about integrating our proprietary change management toolkit into her client work, ensuring results are not only achieved, but sustained.

Her most recent client engagements have spanned industrials subsectors, including mining, chemicals, manufacturing, engineering and construction.

Maureen previously worked in our Chicago and Santiago offices.

Apart from her client work, she is a leader of our Women at Bain program and runs our Los Angeles MBA recruiting.

Prior to joining us in 2011, she held positions at Colgate-Palmolive and the New York City Department of Education.

She holds an MBA from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management, graduating with concentrations in decision sciences, social enterprise and marketing. She also holds a bachelor's degree from Georgetown University.
