Nishma Gosrani

Nishma Gosrani OBE is a leader in our Financial Services practice. In 2020, she co-founded with Amanda Blanc DBE the Financial Services Female CEO Club, Stratos. She served on Prime Minister Rishi Sunak’s Business Council from May 2023 to 2024.

With over two decades of experience in financial services consulting, Nishma has consistently shaped and driven transformative strategies for leading FS organisations across multiple geographies. Known for her visionary leadership, she excels in aligning organisational goals with innovative solutions to address complex business challenges. Her expertise also spans talent strategy, the integration of digitisation and generative AI into workforce planning, cost optimisation, regulatory compliance, and purpose-led cultural transformation.

Nishma has a proven track record in managing large-scale restructuring and reorganisation to enable sustainable growth and operational excellence. As a senior thought leader in Bain’s Organisation practice for financial services, she has played a pivotal role in defining strategic priorities and influencing the long-term direction of major financial institutions. Her ability to translate complex ideas into actionable, high-impact strategies has delivered measurable results in organisational efficiency, employee engagement, and innovation. A champion of strategic foresight and execution, Nishma’s insights and leadership have consistently driven value creation and positioned organisations to thrive in an evolving business landscape.

Nishma has been recognised as one of the Financial Times' "Top 35 Future Leaders." She was awarded an OBE in Her Majesty’s 2020 Honours List for pioneering gender pay gap reporting, and contributing to changes in the Equality Act. Additionally, she has received numerous accolades, including "Asian Professional of the Year" at the Asian Achievers Awards. She is also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.

She holds a degree from University College London and an executive education from London Business School.
