Olga Muscat

Olga is the leader of our UK Utilities and Alternative Energy practice and a member of our broader Energy and Natural Resources practice.

She has spent the last 20 years helping her clients transform and drive results to achieve their full potential through a range of levers, from strategy and operating model to commercial excellence and performance improvement.

Olga has deep expertise in the utility sector across energy, services, and water, encompassing upstream, mid-stream and network, as well as downstream retail, across both B2B and B2C segments. She has also helped clients in a range of other industrial sectors, including aerospace, industrial services, building products, mining, and chemicals, as well as supported dozens of private equity commercial due diligences.

Prior to joining our firm, Olga worked as an investment banker for Credit Suisse First Boston in New York.

She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and B.Sc. in Economics from the London School of Economics.

Olga lives in London with her husband and two sons. She loves the outdoors, especially wild camping, canoeing, hiking and skiing. She has recently rediscovered classic literature and is reading her way through the “100 best books ever written,” as well as learning cross-stitching.
