His case portfolio includes several large-scale European revenue growth management programs, which delivered sustainable profit improvement (>£250 gross profit increase) for key food and beverage players.
Flavio began his career with us as a consultant, then spent several years in revenue optimization at Birra Peroni and in trade marketing at Valsoia before returning to our firm.
He holds a master's degree in business administration, magna cum laude, from Libera Università Carlo Cattaneo.
In his personal time, Flavio enjoys practicing tennis, playing football and skiing with friends and family.
