With more than 12 years of management consulting and industry experience, he has advised both MNCs and Indian promoter clients on strategy, Agile transformation, brand growth, marketing excellence, route to market design, analytics led growth, revenue growth management, and cost transformation.
Karthik has advised clients across consumer goods, retail, and consumer tech industries, along with private equity investors.
He has co-authored our firm's POV on post-Covid-19 consumer behavior, both in India and globally, and its implications for consumer businesses.
Prior to joining us, Karthik worked at Procter & Gamble in roles across marketing and sales. He earned an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and a B.E in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University, Chennai.
