Sobre Michael
Dr. Michael Weber is a partner in our Performance Improvement, Automotive and Advanced Manufacturing & Services practices, dually based in Tokyo and Munich.
Michael first joined the firm in 2007. In 2018, he transferred to the Tokyo office to help build our Performance Improvement and Automotive practices.
He has advised clients across Europe, Asia and the United States, focusing on operational performance improvement programs as they apply to supply chain management, manufacturing, procurement, product portfolio complexity and product cost design (D2X).
Over the years, he has also been involved in several strategy-driven transformation programs across Europe and Japan.
Michael is a seasoned industrial engineer (TH Karlsruhe) and holds a doctorate from TU Berlin.
