Aude is a member of our Banking and Wealth & Asset Management practices.
She leads large transformation programs for front-offices and risk and finance including organisational changes and cost improvement. Aude has deep CIB /capital markets expertise and strong knowledge in risk, finance and capital management including regulatory landscape and challenges. As well as expeirence in structured products and deals (securitisation), build of market risk, counterparty risk, liquidity models, deposit pricing and funding solutions.
She is also a core member of Bain FS ESG global platform and leads ESG embedding programs for Banking groups. Other capabilities include building of the climate analytics and ESG regulation and stress testing.
Prior to Bain, Aude was a Partner at Oliver Wyman Financial Services practice in Europe, Middle East and Asia, leading the capital markets risk and treasury platform on those regions; and for France leading OW relationships with banks’ CFOs/CROs.
Aude is also a CFA charterholder.
