Benjamin Chaubert

Ben is a member of our Private Equity practice, specializing in Healthcare and Life Sciences, Due Diligence, and Value Creation for private equity investors and corporate clients.

Ben primarily advises clients on healthcare and life sciences-related transactions from Due Diligence through Post-merger Integration. Over the years, he has also supported numerous consumer product transactions and often operates at the intersection of both industries.

Prior to joining us, Ben spent over four years in the M&A department of Roche, a leading pharmaceuticals and diagnostic company, covering end-to-end aspects of the transaction lifecycles.

He holds a dual degree, an MSc in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics and a Master's in Management from CEMS, and has spent several years living across Canada, Sweden, and China.

Ben can be found hiking or skiing across the Swiss Alps in his free time.
