Deema Al Masoudi

Hi, my name is Deema. I graduated from the University of Bath.

I studied chemical engineering and as part of my degree I worked a year in industry where I found that it wasn’t really the right fit for me. I started to look elsewhere and stumbled upon consulting at a careers event; from there I was hooked. Consulting had all the learning qualities I was interested in and the diversity of the projects and the work really attracted me to this career path.

I’m currently working on a telecom case, helping the company capture revenue as well as additional strategy work. It’s been a perfect case in that I’ve worked on many streams, encompassing a wide variety of work including client collaboration, data analysis, problem solving and research. It’s been exciting to see results and the work is truly satisfying. I felt like I learned so much from this case and there is still more to learn.

It’s been great to be part of a learning community where everyone is invested in my growth and development.
