Carlo Zandi

Carlo Zandi is a member of our Energy and Natural Resources practice, with more than 15 years of management consulting experience across Europe and the Middle East.

Carlo's expertise involves utilities/oil & gas and the value chain from generation to retail, with specific expertise in Capex project management and new operating model in operations.

His recent work includes CAPEX project management/project control transformation for a TSO, New Way of Working guideline design, remediation and waste water strategy for an oil international player, full potential transformation for an international oil company post merger acquisition. He has also led diligence efforts for various private equity funds.

Carlo previously worked as an analyst for a family private equity fund.

He holds a master's degree in finance.

He is deeply involved with our Social Impact practice and supports different organization in food waste reduction.
