Dahlnae Yu is a member of our Mergers & Acquisitions and Divestitures practices.

During her tenure at the firm, Dahlnae has served clients across various industries, including retail banking, life insurance, fire and marine insurance, consumer goods and consumer electronics.

She has covered a broad array of capabilities, spanning corporate and business unit strategy, as well as operations, including risk management and business process reengineering. She is also deeply versed in customer strategy & marketing, particularly regarding distribution channel innovation and brand portfolio development.

She has deepened expertise on Organization, change management and Agile innovation and currently focusing on the M&A and Divestitures as a practice director.

Dahlnae holds an MBA from Havard Business school. She also earned both a master's degree in psychology and a bachelor's degree, summa cum laude, from Seoul National University.
