David Cho is a leader in the firm's Technology and Digital practices, as well as Bain's global Development Labs.
David has more than 15 years of consulting experience with Bain and has worked in the firm's San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, Singapore and Hong Kong offices.
David advises clients across a variety of topics, including strategy, digital transformation, salesforce effectiveness, operational improvement, organizational redesign, and product design and innovation. He also serves financial investors as part of Bain's Private Equity Group, driving due diligence work as well as post-acquisition value creation.
In addition to his client work, David previously served as the associate consultant program manager in Bain's New York office, overseeing various elements of the AC program, including staffing, training and professional development. He also served as program manager at Bain's global Associate Consultant Training (ACT) program.
He was previously co-founder and CEO of a mobile software development business.
David holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Pomona College in Economics.
