Kyle Larsen

Kyle Larsen is a member of our Transformation, Technology, and Private Equity practices. He focuses on large-scale transformation programs and brings deep expertise across the full value creation spectrum, including strategy, growth acceleration through sales and marketing, operations improvement, and execution. 

Kyle supports private equity funds and companies through blueprinting and value-creation initiatives designed to maximize stakeholder value. He also advises technology and portfolio companies on building best-in-class sales and funnel management capabilities, including marketing strategies and sales and customer experience training programs.

He is actively involved in shaping our culture and people initiatives, having founded our Denver office and regularly leading global training programs for new hires. Prior to joining Bain, Kyle worked in investment banking and in assurance at a global professional services firm.

He holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a bachelor's degree in accounting from Brigham Young University.

In his personal time, Kyle enjoys exploring the outdoors with his three sons.
