Marie-Therese Marek is a member of our Consumer Products, Luxury, Retail and Performance Improvement practice group.
She has expertise in a variety of areas, including full potential transformations, growth and portfolio strategy, category management, operating model realignment and commercial due diligence.
Marie-Therese's consulting career at Bain spans more than a decade and has provided her with deep knowledge of the retail industry. Most recently, she has advised client companies in the food, grocery, wholesale, convenience segment and luxury goods markets, as well as department stores. Moreover, she has led numerous commercial due diligence projects for private equity clients across the retail and consumer sectors.
Marie-Therese Marek holds a Master’s degree in International Business Administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business and a CEMS Master’s in Management Education from the Stockholm School of Economics.
