Monika Sood

Monika Sood is an active contributor to the firm’s Healthcare & Life Sciences and Private Equity practice.

With more than two decades of experience in consulting, Monika has worked with 100+ corporates, private equity funds, and government departments.

She has expertise in formulating winning strategies for growth in competitive markets for new entrants and incumbents, business transformation, and performance improvement, advising on M&A and investment transactions (identification, screening, diligence, integration, and turnaround).

Prior to joining us, Monika was a founding partner at another top consulting firm. She also led the corporate advisory division at Feedback Ventures and worked as a key account manager at Procter & Gamble India.

She earned her MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and holds a graduate degree in physics from the University of Delhi.
