Pauline Coquet is a member of our Retail practice.
Pauline has almost 15 years of management consulting experience across Europe and the Middle East, working with senior executives and management teams for local and international clients. Her work primarily surrounds strategic planning and implementation, customer experience, and digital transformation.
She has led work with multiple retail players across the GCC region, spanning from large mall operators to fashion and luxury companies, as well as grocery and restaurant players across topics.
Beyond her client work, Pauline is a core representative of Lead to Inspire initiatives as part of Women@Bain.
Prior to joining Bain, Pauline was a consultant for another consulting firm.
Pauline holds a Master's Degree in Engineering and Engineering management.
