Philipp has substantial expertise in customer strategy (including customer centricity, NPS, category management and ranging, pricing and promotions) and advanced analytics (including strategy, use case development, and statistical optimization). He has also supported retail, consumer products, and manufacturing companies on large-scale transformations, as well as BU strategy and supply chain projects.
Beyond his case work, Philipp serves as a member of the AC PD committee, and trainer for colleagues.
Philipp earned his M.Sc. and B.Sc. in business engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), with a semester abroad in San Diego at the University of California San Diego (UCSD).
