Preston Henske

Preston Henske is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing & Services and Healthcare & Life Sciences practices.

Preston has more than 30 years of consulting experience advising clients through major disruption in their industries including leading advanced manufacturing business, consumer services, biopharmaceutical, medical device and healthcare services and payers. He combines a future-back and today-forward assessment of client growth opportunities and performance requirements.

Preston specializes in transformative growth strategies, cost reduction & restructuring, merger & acquisition due diligence and integration, new selling and marketing business models, operating model design and leadership/management team alignment for both midsized and large public and private enterprises.

During his career, Preston spent 20 years in NY and prior to than 3 years in Bain Johannesburg working with MNC’s and local South African companies and prior to that Preston spent time in Bain’s Dallas office working with clients in Mexico and started his career in Bain’s Boston office.

In addition to his client responsibilities, Preston served in a number of leadership and management roles including the firm's global partner compensation and promotion committee, NY office head and member of the America’s Results Based Compensation committee.  He currently is the DEI champion for the NY office.

Preston earned an MBA with honors from the Olin School at Washington University. He received a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from Washington University.
