Tess is a member of our Private Equity and Advanced Manufacturing & Services practice. She advises our financial investor and corporate clients on due diligence and post-acquisition value creation.
Tess specializes in commercial due diligence and add-on diligence, and has led 100+ projects since joining Bain in 2013. She is a deep industrial expert, with significant expertise in a broad range of industrial topics, including packaging, distribution, industrial services, and machinery and components.
Prior to joining Bain, Tess worked at the Yale Investments Office as a valuation analyst and a member of the Real Assets team.
Tess holds an MBA from Harvard Business School where she was a Baker Scholar. She also holds a BA, summa cum laude, in history and economics from Yale University.
