Ylenia Gramegna is a member of our Energy & Natural Resources practice, with a focus on Utilities & Renewables.
Since joining Bain in 2015, Ylenia has worked with leading energy companies on strategy and transformation, helping turn complex priorities into practical, actionable results.
She advises clients across customer-related topics, energy management, and infrastructure, including transmission and distribution. Ylenia has worked with many of Italy's leading energy companies and also supports clients across Southeast Europe on strategy, transformation, and post-merger integration.
Ylenia holds a Master of Science in management engineering from Politecnico di Milano and contributed to the development of Energia per competere: Outlook dei Servizi Energetici in Italia.
Outside of work, she is a mother of two and, when time allows, enjoys traveling, practicing pilates, and organizing celebrations for family and friends.
