This is a global collection of teams where each office and function staffs the specific roles it needs, and there’s a great deal of variety. If you’re at a senior level, you’ll work on company strategy—designing operating models, supporting leaders, running executive calls, and setting priorities. At other levels, you may plan, budget, and manage the operational aspects of running a global business, from real estate to travel, catering, visitors, events, and the all-important office mood.
In these roles, you’ll get to bring your full self to work. You’ll own the calendar, plan the events, create the gatherings, and have wide latitude to create and manage projects as you see fit.
