Alexander De Mol is partner in Bain & Company’s London office. He is a member of Bain’s global Private Equity practice.
He has nearly 15 years of strategy consulting experience with Bain and was previously based in the firm’s Brussels, Boston, New York and Middle East offices. He focuses primarily on clients in the consumer products, retail and business services sectors.
Alexander advises a broad range of financial investors, including private equity funds, financial holdings, family offices, limited partners, sovereign wealth funds and their portfolio companies.
Alexander has extensive experience in all aspects of private equity, including investment strategy development, commercial reviews/due diligence, post-acquisition support and value creation plans, and operational and organizational design and governance. He has led multiple investment strategy projects for leading financial investors, as well as numerous post-acquisition/portfolio company projects, driving value for financial investors.
Alexander has worked with several leading institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds and limited partners on their investment strategy, internal operations and governance.
