Andrew Grieve is a partner in Bain & Company’s Chicago office. He is a member of the firm's Private Equity Group and co-leads the firm's North American Industrials PE practice. In this capacity, he helps financial and corporate acquirers achieve demonstrably superior returns through strategic and operational diligence and post-acquisition value creation initiatives.
In addition to his client work, Andrew leads Bain’s global recruiting efforts at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, one of Bain's leading sources of talent globally.
Prior to re-joining Bain, Andrew worked for Caesars Entertainment (formerly Harrah’s Entertainment) as Regional Vice President of Marketing for the company’s casino resorts in the Midwest US, a nearly $1 billion region. During this time, the properties Andrew was responsible for significantly improved the efficiency and effectiveness of their marketing reinvestment, increasing margins significantly while maintaining or growing market share.
Andrew began his career working in finance for Baxter International in Chicago and Vienna, Austria.
He holds an MBA from Kellogg and a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He also passed the standardized Certified Public Accountant exam.
