She has more than a decade of consulting experience and is passionate about driving practical and enduring results for her clients.
Anna’s work spans multiple aspects of operating model, including org design, governance, talent, and culture. She often engages with clients in the context of broader transformations, working across stakeholder groups to gain alignment and translate changes into new behaviors that stick. Her work on talent systems, ensuring that clients have "the right people in the right roles" is key to helping companies deliver on their long-term strategy while also addressing immediate human capital challenges.
In addition to her client work, Anna leads the recruiting team for our Chicago Booth MBA program, a key source of talent for Bain globally. She is also the office champion for DAAB, Diverse Abilities at Bain.
Anna earned an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an M.A. from Rice University, Texas, and a B.A. from Trinity College, Cambridge.
