Ben Siegal

Ben Siegal is a member of our Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Healthcare and Life Sciences practices.

Since joining the firm in 2008, Ben has led numerous global M&A and divestiture programs, including complex acquisitions and stand-ups of carved-out assets. During these programs, he has advised clients on synergy planning/execution, organization and operating model design, cultural integration and channel / go-to-market strategy.

Ben has deep expertise in portfolio company value creation. He has served both public and private equity portfolio companies spanning diverse industry sectors, such as medtech, pharmaceuticals, healthcare providers, financial services, and consumer products.

During his tenure at Bain, he has also worked in the firm’s Sydney office. 

He holds a bachelor's degree in business economics from Brown University.
