Brady Kirchof

Brady is a member of our Energy & Natural Resources practice.

He works with clients across a range of topics, including strategy, transformation, M&A, commercial excellence, and commercial due diligence, with a focus on the chemicals, oil & gas, and oilfield services sectors.

Beyond client work, Brady leads our Houston Consultant recruiting efforts and is an active contributor to office culture and mentorship programs.

Prior to joining Bain, Brady was a facilities engineer at Chevron. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Texas A&M University.
