Brian Paul Murphy

Brian Paul Murphy is a member of our Procurement practice.

He has more than 15 years of procurement transformation consulting experience. Much of his work has focused on digital transformation across indirect spend and direct spend.

Brian advises clients across multiple sectors and geographies, including a concentration of clients within the healthcare, consumer products, retail, and energy sectors. He is an expert of large procurement transformation programs, organization design, cost programs, business process design, capability building, and digital transformation.

Brian also plays a role within our Private Equity team focusing on due diligence of procurement, finance and supply chain technology solutions.

In addition to his client work, is is an active member of our BGLAD at Bain affinity group.

He holds an MBA from Tulane University Freeman School of Business and and undergraduate degree from Tulane University.
