Cedric Rauschen

Cedric Rauschen is a member of our Enterprise Technology, Consumer Products and Financial Services practices.

He has ten years’ consulting experience and advises customers in Europe on IT and digitization challenges across all industries. He has a particular focus on the consumer goods and banking sectors.

Cedric is a proven expert in formulating IT and digital strategies, defining and transforming IT operating models, designing and executing agile transformations, IT cost optimization, and IT carve-outs, as well as defining and implementing data strategies and data architectures.

Cedric holds an MBA from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC) Paris and a master's degree in engineering from the Catholic University of Leuven in Belgium.
