He has nearly 15 years of management consulting experience and has advised executives and management teams on their most important issues in North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia.
Over the course of his time at Bain, Jorge has worked with consumer products leaders on growth strategy, marketing & commercial investment and performance improvement topics across categories such as beer, soft drinks, food and snacks.
During the last 10 years, Jorge has also acquired deep expertise in mergers & acquisitions and divestitures across industries. He has led large and complex integrations and carve-outs with global scope. He also has led cost transformation and organization programs across industries both within and outside the context of merger integrations.
Jorge earned a BS in civil engineering from ITESM and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
