Lars Dingemann

Lars Dingemann is an expert in our Private Equity, Corporate Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions practices. In addition, he heads Bain’s Dusseldorf office and leads Bain’s Social Impact activities in Germany.

He has more than 10 years of consulting experience with Bain.

Lars advises clients across a range of industries, with a focus on industrial goods and services, retail and private equity. He holds deep expertise in due diligence, value creation of private equity portfolio companies, portfolio strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions.

Lars studied at the University of Mannheim, finishing with a Master's degree in business administration, and at the University of Wales. He also holds an MPA from Columbia University in New York.
