Laura van Dijk

Laura van Dijk is a member of our Agile, Enterprise Technology and Retail practices.

An Agile authority, Laura has led a number of major transformations for various Fortune 100 players across sectors. She is passionate about enabling companies to focus on driving innovation, improved customer experiences, and other business outcomes through new ways of working. To this aim, she has worked across the full Agile spectrum, from standing up holistic transformation programs to coaching individual Agile teams. Her engagements have also included establishing the supporting business-technology relationship, operating and talent model, and commercial excellence capabilities to enable success.

Before joining us in 2012, Laura spent several years with Gartner (formerly the Corporate Executive Board), working in the organization’s Washington, D.C. and London offices.

She holds an MBA from the Duke University Fuqua School of Business, where she was a Fuqua Scholar. She also earned a B.A. in History from Duke, graduating in the top two percent of her class.
