A growth and turnaround strategy specialist, Mansoor primarily advises across the grocery, e-commerce, mass and specialty retail, and food service sectors. His recent work has included growth strategy, digital strategy and operating model, store operations, shrink, pricing, procurement optimization, and M&A engagements.
His client portfolio centers on regional grocers, various US-headquartered Fortune 500 retailers, and key international retailers.
Mansoor has also led a number of customer experience transformations, including value proposition design and customer journey and episode redesigns. He brings the latest perspectives in design thinking and customer research to help clients better align their customer value propositions to their offered experience.
He previously managed a nonprofit and served as an operations consultant for a fast-casual start-up.
Mansoor holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and a JD from Northwestern's Pritzker School of Law. He also earned a BSBA in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
