Pablo Cornicelli

Pablo Cornicelli is a member of our Performance Improvement practice and also has wide-ranging experience in the Energy and Natural Resources and Advanced Manufacturing and Services practice in the Iberia region.

Pablo has led several transformations to radically turn around companies’ top- and bottom-line performance across multiple geographies including Europe, the Americas, Oceania and Africa.

In addition, Pablo has also strong functional expertise in corporate and business strategy, operating models, organization, customer experience, M&A and post-merger integration (PMI) with extensive experience in advising companies to solve their toughest business challenges.

Prior to joining Bain in 2008, Pablo worked in Tenaris, a global steel pipe manufacturer within the Oil & Gas industry.

He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School in Boston, USA.
