He supports clients across energy, process industries, and industrial products on a range of performance improvement topics. His work spans end-to-end procurement transformation, manufacturing efficiency and supply chain effectiveness.

Before joining Bain, Raghdan spent eight years in the oil and gas industry, where he gained deep operational and sector experience.

He has a combined 15+ years of consulting and industry experience and earned an MBA from INSEAD.
